* 얼리버드 티켓은 지정 날짜인 8월 31일을 포함하여 전시 기간 중 휴관일을 제외한 어느 때나 방문 가능한 티켓입니다.

■ 예매안내
* 얼리버드 티켓은 지정하신 날짜가 아니여도 전시 기간 중 회차, 날짜와 무관하게 방문 가능한 티켓입니다.
* 전시 운영 시간 : 매주 수요일 ~ 일요일 11:00 ~ 19:00 (월, 화 휴무)
(행사, 프로그램, 공휴일로 인한 휴일은 공지사항 확인)
* 예매완료 후 모바일QR을 현장 매표소에서 확인 후 지류 티켓으로 발권해드립니다.
(사전에 준비해주시면 더욱 편리한 전시관람이 가능합니다)
■ 입장 및 관람 안내
* 오디오 도슨트 사용을 위한 이어폰/해드셋은 별도로 제공되지 않습니다. (헤레디움 앱에서 택스트로도 제공)
* 전시 작품 및 시설물에 훼손이 생기지 않게 작품으로부터 일정 간격을 두고 조심해서 관람해주시기 바랍니다. (작품 훼손이 발생할 경우 일부 책임이 발생할 수 있습니다.)
* 퇴장 시, 재입장은 어려우며 한 분이 여러 명의 티켓을 소유 한 경우, 다 같이 입장해주시기 바랍니다.
* 만 13세 이하 어린이와 동반하시는 경우 어린이 두 명당 보호자 한 분이 꼭 동행하셔야 합니다.
* 주차장이 협소하여 만차 시 주차가 불가하오니 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

* 특별 50% 할인: 경로우대 만 65세 이상, 장애인 1-6급, 국가유공자, 의상자, 국가유공자유족, 의사자유족 본인 1매에 한함 (현장 매표소에서 증빙서류 지참 시에만 적용)

* 관람 당일 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
* 온라인 예매의 취소 및 환불에 관한 자세한 사항은 해당 예매처에서 확인 가능합니다.(현장 매표소에서 취소 및 환불 불가 / 수수료는 예매처 기준에 따름)
* 관람일자가 지난 티켓은 사용 및 환불 불가합니다.
* 온라인 취소는 회차 시작으로부터 24시간 전까지 가능합니다.

■ Booking & Ticketing guidelines
[For individuals]
* Tickets are also available at the ticket office.
* Same-day booking is only available 30 minutes before each show.
* Purchases are limited to up to four tickets per person.
* Special 50% discount: Applicable to seniors aged 65 and above, individuals with disabilities classified as grades 1 to 6, veterans and persons of distinguished service to the state, and national merit recipients' immediate family members. Limited to one ticket per person (discount applicable only with valid supporting documents presented).
[For groups]
* If 15 or more people plan to visit as a group, please inquire about group admission tickets through the Heredium website or app.
* Once the application is complete, the staff will provide confirmation of the visit date and time, as well as payment instructions.
[Receiving the ticket]
* The tickets will not be delivered separately.
* Tickets will be issued at the ticket booth after confirming the reservation details
■ About admission
* The entrance closing time is from the reserved viewing time until 30 minutes later.
(e.g., for the ticket for a noon exhibit, Admission is available from 12:00 to 12:30).
* After exiting the exhibition, reentry is prohibited.
* Food or drinks are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
* Animals except for service animals are prohibited from entry into the exhibition.
* If one person has booked tickets for multiple individuals, the entire group must enter together.
■ Visitor guidelines
* There are no elevators inside the exhibition hall.
* Please store your belongings subject to inspection in the provided lockers before entering. (Selfie sticks, camera equipment, umbrellas, luggage)
* Please use public transportation on account of limited space for parking.
* Please follow the Heredium guidelines.
* Please observe the exhibition etiquette to avoid disturbing other visitors' appreciation.
* All areas within Heredium are designated as non-smoking zones.
* For the protection of the artworks, surveillance cameras are installed and operated.
■ Cancellations and refunds
* No cancellations or refunds are allowed on the day of the exhibition.
* Detailed cancellations and refund policies for online reservations are available at the respective booking sources.
(Cancellation and refund are not available at the on-site ticket counter, and fees may vary based on the booking source's policy)
* The tickets for past dates cannot be used or refunded.

- 안내견을 제외한 반려동물은 입장할 수 없습니다.

- 14세 미만 어린이는 반드시 보호자의 손을 잡고 관람 바랍니다.
- 본 전시는 안전선이 따로 구비되어있지 않습니다. 전시 작품이나 시설물이 훼손되지 않게 조심해서 관람해주세요.
